Controls
may be from an existing PLC or other control system or a dedicated unit from AutoJetŪ Lubrication Systems. These systems utilize up-to-date technology, often with touch screens. Systems may be connected to other units with Profibus or other types of links. The systems facilitate un-manned operations and other types of lean production.

T100 Control Unit |

The T100 is a very versatile control unit based on a mini-plc. In the standard version for the L210 system, it is programmed with 2 timer- and 1 counter outputs as well as a separate output for the lift of the coil lubricator. It can also be used for the P400 system as well as for automatic refill systems.

T200 Control Unit |

T200 is a PLC based Timer/Counter equipped with a number of sophisticated functions for the control of AutoJetŪ Lubrication Systems L210
and P400 lubrication systems. In the basic version it is programmed for L210 systems with up to 4 pump groups, Coil Lubricator Up/Down, 2 containers including the control of level indicators and an output pre-programmed for an agitator. Programming for the P400 system is done for each system separately depending on the actual configuration.
